TaoSen's Principal Practitioner initially trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, after several years of practice he decided to focus specifically on Musculoskeletal issues, and continues to make a profound difference for patients of all ages and a wide range of conditions.

 

Qualifications:

Ad-Dip IMT (Hon) (Integrated Myofacial Therapy), Dip TTMT (Traditional Thai Massage Therapy), Grad-Cert Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Massage),Grad Cert RMT (Remedial Massage Therapy), Grad Cert Shiatsu, Ad-Cert ICT (Integrated Cupping Therapy), Cert DNT (Dry Needling Therapy), Cert RCT (Remedial Cupping), Cert TCT (Traditional East-West Cupping).

 

Struan has a background in Medical management and decided to begin training to become a Musculoskeletal Practitioner after experiencing life changing benefits from traditional therapies for his own musculoskeletal condition.

In addition to Struan's thorough medical approach to musculoskeletal issues, his training in Tui Na (Chinese Massage) as well as the gentler and more subtle methods of Shiatsu and the Thai style of Sen Therapy, give Struan a repertoire of techniques that enable him to be very client specific in his treatment approach, along with an extremely high skill level in all forms of cupping, dry needling acupuncture and myofacial trigger point therapy.
